Welcome to the NSW eTendering system
The NSW eTendering website provides information about business opportunities listed by NSW Government agencies that utilise the site.
It includes upcoming, current and closed business opportunities, and details of awarded contracts over $150, 000 in value. Tenders listed by specific agencies can be viewed using the list to the right.
Please note that not all NSW Government agencies post business opportunities on this site.
Register for free notifications
Potential tenderers are encouraged to register with the NSW eTendering system to receive email notifications of new relevant business opportunities.
New users can register by selecting the register link on the top left toolbar. When registering, please select all relevant business categories to ensure you receive the appropriate notifications.
Existing users can log in to update their profile to ensure they receive relevant business opportunity notifications.
Disclosure of Tenders and Contracts
For all public calls for tender, expressions of interest or other such public calls which may result in a contract with the private sector, routine public disclosure will be at the time the tender is called. Within 7 days of the tender closing date the names and addresses of all responding entities will be disclosed. In a multi stage tender process identities of short listed proponents will be disclosed within 7 days of their being short listed unless this would reduce competition in the tender process.
For all contracts with an estimated value of $150,000 or above, routine public disclosure of a contract summary will be made within 60 days of the contract coming into existence.
