The purpose of this Expression of Interest is to test the market for a potential retailer to operate a proposed café at 28 Harrington Street, The Rocks. Sydney Harbour Foreshore Authority is calling for applicants to support the Authority’s plan to convert the premises into a café. The objective from a retail business perspective is to identify suitable retail businesses with the capacity to operate successfully in their own right by adding value to The Rocks’ existing tenancy mix. Ideally, the business should further cement the unique cosmopolitan character of The Rocks as a shopping, dining and leisure precinct.
