Aboriginal Placed Based Cultural Immersion Panel Expression Of Interest - Stage 1 SR3588547279

DPE is inviting Expressions of Interest (EOI) from Aboriginal service providers that can offer place based cultural immersion for employees of the Department in 2023.

The Department is seeking contract with Aboriginal service providers who can offer training services (immersive experiences on Country) that are:

• Specific to educating participants on Aboriginal peoples, history and customs and includes focused delivery of knowledge pertaining to the local and surrounding area on which the learning/training is provided.

• Inclusive and recognise other stakeholders within a community and their priorities, such as any Aboriginal community-controlled organisations, businesses, social enterprises, or governing groups. Common examples include the Traditional Owners, Local Aboriginal Land Council (LALC), community working parties and regional alliances.

• Facilitated by a recognised individual and/or group within the local Aboriginal Community, and if applicable have consent from Native Title Holders within the area/s.

• Services provided on Country, located near a DPE work site which is located on the traditional lands the supplier typically seeks to serve their training

• Delivered concisely and within a period of 2 business days or less.

• Suitable for individuals and groups, and able to cater options to support people with accessibility requirements.

Expression of Interest For Pre-Qualification - An invitation for Expression of Interest (EOI) for pre-registration of prospective tenderers for a type of work or service.
