Sydney Metro is seeking to engage a suitably qualified contractor(s) to deliver a Modular Building for the Integrated Project Office at St Marys.
The purpose of the building is a temporary facility to support the construction of Critical State Significant Infrastructure (CSSI) including an office and amenities compound. The proposed location is on the current “at grade” car park in St Marys, adjacent to the commuter car park. The proposed method of construction is a modular form which will allow the building to be removed at the completion of the project and placed elsewhere to support other projects.
The building will provide up to 200 desks for SMWSA team members, the SSTOM Independent Certifier and the SSTOM partner.
This temporary Integrated Project Office is expected to be operational by Q1 2023.

In order to be evaluated as part of this tender, tenderers must meet the following Minimum Requirements:
- Demonstrated successful completion of a minimum of two examples of completed Modular Building Projects approximately $9mill in value
- Minimum of 100 employees
