Tender Details
Transport NSW (TfNSW) is seeking to engage an experienced and capable Professional Services Contractor to provide Cost Advisor services for the Parramatta Light Rail Stage 2 Project. The scope of services will focus on progressive updates of the Basis of Estimate Report and whole of life cost estimate using the latest information, including preparation of the following:
- A detailed estimate to be reported in the investment Gate 3 in Quarter 1 2023.
- Tender estimate prepared for the tender assessment in Quarter 2 2023.
- Post tender estimate prepared after the tender evaluation is completed based on the contract rates of all contracts awarded in Quarter 1 2024.

Interested parties must complete and submit the Confidentiality Deed Poll via email to the Contact Officer. Only organisations deemed to be a bona fide Tenderer will be provided the tender documents.

Conditions for Participation
Tenderers must submit their response as two (2) separate files only. The first is to consist of the completed "Non-Commercial Schedules" and is to exclude any reference to pricing. The second file is to consist of the completed "Commercial Schedules". Multiple separate documents will not be accepted, unless you obtain prior approval from TfNSW.
This ensures that Tenders are complete and accurate, are presented in the manner intended by the Tenderer, and allows for timely distribution of Tenders to the Tender Assessment Committee.
