Greenfield Parade Car Park Rectification
Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Tenderers to undertake concrete repairs at the Greenfield Parade multi storey car park at various locations on concrete slab, columns and ceilings. Remedial works generally include treatment of spalling, filling out cracks, rectification of failed repairs and any concrete failures/cancers as per scope of works prepared by ducross design Pty Ltd Structural Assessment Report. Greenfield Parade car park is a multi-level concrete facility and is heavily used by the surrounding businesses and shoppers due to its location within Bankstown CBD. It is vital that remedial works are undertaken with minimum impact to the car park users. No full closure of any level of the car park is allowed without a written permission from the Superintendent and only if it is absolute necessary. A full description of the nature and extent of the services required by Council are set out in Section 3 of this Request Tenderers are reminded that a mandatory Tender Briefing will be held on site at Greenfield Parade Car Park opposite the Bankstown Sports Club, Bankstown at 10:00am on Wednesday 19 February 2020 Council will not consider a Tender lodged by a Tenderer who fails to sign the attendance sheet at this briefing, or fails to ensure that a representative of the Tenderer signs the attendance sheet on its behalf.

Expressions of Interest for Sydney Metro Tower Crane Hire
Sydney Metro is requesting expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced service providers to supply two tower cranes for the Sydney Metro project. Sydney Metro is Australia's biggest public transport project. This new standalone railway will deliver 31 metro stations and more than 66 kilometres of new metro rail, revolutionising the way Australia’s biggest city travels. Sydney’s first metro line, the Metro North West, opened on 26 May 2019. Services at the 13 metro stations operate every four minutes in the peak in each direction on Australia’s first driverless railway. The line is being extended into the Sydney CBD and beyond to Bankstown, to open in 2024.Sydney Metro means a new generation of world-class fast, safe and reliable trains easily connecting customers to where they want to go. Supply of fencing materials for the Wild Dog Fence extension
Wild dogs are a significant issue across much of Australia, impacting livestock and native fauna and restricting production options across many areas, particularly the rangelands. This procurement covers the manufacture, supply and delivery of materials to nominated warehouse locations (or possible alternative if accepted), necessary to erect an exclusion fence for Wild Dogs. Locations of warehouse facilities may include Broken Hill, Bourke, Walgett, Mungindi and other suitable locations. The Dog Fence protects far western areas of the state from wild dogs and currently runs for approximately 583km across the NSW/SA and NSW/QLD border. This fence is part of a national fence which extends into SA and QLD. The NSW Government has committed to extending the existing Dog Fence for a further 742km and has provided funding for the Wild Dog Fence Extension (WDFE) project. The Soil Conservation Service (SCS) is the project owner and is responsible for fence construction works.
