Conditions for Participation
Tender responses which do not meet the following Minimum Requirements will not be considered for evaluation:
1. Minimum 5 years’ demonstrated experience in Systems Assurance or Engineering Management processes on significant rail infrastructure projects;
2. Demonstrated experience in influencing executives across organisational boundaries towards a common goal; and
3. Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or equivalent demonstrated systems safety and systems assurance experience.
