Department of Education / Multimedia Solutions State Contract - DoE1333983620

The NSW Government through the NSW Department of Education is seeking to establish a panel of approved Suppliers for the supply, delivery and installation, warranty, service and support of Multimedia Solutions products under a whole-of-government contract.

The products include:

• Interactive touch-screen panels 

• Mobile Computers on Wheels

• Main Learning Displays  

• Commercial displays

• Interactive and non-interactive projectors

• Audio visual and sound system products 

• Cameras (still, video, web and conferencing), Document Camera

and all associated accessories, spare parts and services.

Suppliers will be required to provide Multimedia Solutions products in bundles and individually. Approved Supplier products will make up the suite of products available under a new whole-of-government Multimedia Solutions contract.

The RFT will be issued and managed using the Department’s sourcing tool DoE Ariba.

It is recommended that interested parties commence the Ariba registration process as soon as possible.

This notification is for advertising purposes only and no RFT documents will be issued and/or RFT responses received through the NSW eTendering portal.

To register your organisation on DoE Ariba Use the following link and click on “Register Now”: http://dec.supplier.ariba.com

Please ensure that the below fields are completed in your registration:

• Business phone number

• Short description

• At least one commodity supplied (UNSPC). For example 86141702 (Audio visual technology). See https://www.unspsc.org/

• ABN number, or another Tax ID number if you do not yet have an ABN (please list under “Tax ID”, under Business tab, Tax Information)

If you are already registered on the DoE Ariba portal, please continue to sign in and update your company details. If you are unable to log in, please contact Ariba support on 1800 766 694.

You will receive an email notification from procurementprogram@det.nsw.edu.au that your DoE Ariba registration has been approved.

Please email gstenders@det.nsw.edu.au with the RFT ID DoE1333983620as the subject of the email to receive an invitation to participate in the RFT.

This process is essential to enable your company to respond to the RFT.
