New South Wales Land and Housing Corporation (LAHC) invites suitably qualified home builders to participate in this Expression of Interest (EOI) for its Two Storey Medium Density Housing Pilot Project.
The Project involves the delivery of dual occupancy and manor houses as new social housing on approximately 42 sites across NSW, through the fast track complying development pathway. The EOI will also include the establishment of a Builder Panel for future Medium Density projects.
