Tender Details

The Department needs to understand the effectiveness of the RESP in order to improve program delivery and to inform future policy-making regarding the successful settlement and economic integration of this population into the NSW community. The evaluation of RESP is expected to assess the appropriateness effectiveness, efficiency and impact of the RESP in the short, medium and longer term. It is intended that the whole evaluation will have three stages: Process, Outcomes and Economic evaluation. This Request for Quote refers to the Process evaluation component only. The outcomes and economic evaluation will be completed towards the end of Program delivery in 2021. The focus of the process evaluation is to assess whether RESP has been designed appropriately and implemented as planned and if the Program set-up and delivery should be modified based on the identification of key implementation success factors and barriers.
