Regional Rail Project - Transaction Management Services - ISD-17-6146

The Regional Rail Project will fast track the delivery of new XPT fleet to replace the 60 XPT passenger cars currently operating on the NSW TrainLink network, taking customers between Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Dubbo, and going through regional towns including Bathurst, Orange, Taree, Coffs Harbour, Grafton, Casino, Goulburn and Albury.

Transport for NSW (TfNSW) is seeking Tenders from experienced and suitably qualified organisations for the provision of Transaction Management Services for the Regional Rail Project.

The Tenderer must demonstrate as a minimum:

(a) The Tenderer must demonstrate as a minimum that, within the last 5 years, the Tenderer’s Team has undertaken the provision of comprehensive procurement support and transaction management services, in procuring the supply and / or maintenance arrangements for heavy rail or light rail passenger rolling stock (or other relevant transport or infrastructure projects of similar scale and complexity to the Regional Rail Project) with a minimum project value of $100 million.

(b) The Tenderer’s nominated Team Leader must have a minimum of 15 years relevant project experience and proven ability in leading the procurement of major contracts for the supply and / or maintenance arrangements for heavy rail or light rail passenger rolling stock (or other relevant transport or infrastructure projects of similar scale and complexity to the Regional Rail Project).
