As part of Their Futures Matter: A new approach (TFM), TFM is seeking a supplier/s to construct a liability model that will enable analyses of the lifetime trajectories of vulnerable children and their families.

 

Phase 1 was delivered in December 2017 as a proof of concept, creating a liability model based on FACS data for children in Out Of Home Care. This included service provision and service cost from multiple NSW Government agencies including Education, Justice and Health combined with external data.

 

Phase 2 will expand on this to a broader population and allow cohort analysis independent of FACS data.
