Loading Dock Appointment Software - SOH-1233

The Loading Dock is a critical interface between the inside and outside operations at the Sydney Opera House and can become a congestion point if not managed. The key objective of this contract is to ensure effective management and vetting of inbound and outbound traffic (for delivery drop-offs and pickups) at the Loading Dock so that there is no congestion at the Gatehouse by providing an online vehicle appointment scheduling system. The Opera House currently has an appointment scheduling system installed but is looking to procure a new system with improved functionalities to maximize efficient operations of the Loading Dock, if possible.

The aim is to provide a system that is easily accessed (for required users), easy to use and fit for purpose. It is integral that the system is compatible and able to interface with future security systems (hardware and software) to be installed in the building, such as license plate recognition, and sufficiently flexible that it can be expanded for other potential applications.
