Broe Ave, Chifley Ave Stage 2 and The River Road Stage 3 - T06-18

Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Tenderers for Three Separable Portions in T06-18.

 

SP1 – Broe Ave, East Hills - Kerb and Gutter Reconstruction HNo.8 to HNo.18

 

SP2 – Chifley Ave, Sefton - Road Resurfacing (Stage 2) - from Helen St to HNo.28

 

SP3 – The River Road Regional Road Resurfacing (Stage 3) – Tower Street to Uranus Road

 

Scope of works generally includes demolition and reconstruction of kerb and gutter sections, concrete footpath, vehicular crossings, kerb ramps, minor stormwater drainage and asphalt laying in front of new sections of kerb and gutter.

 

A full description of the nature and extent of the services required by Council are set out in Section 3 of the attached Request.

 

In accordance with clause 2.5 Council retains the right to award the contract on a separable portions basis. Tenderers may submit for one or more of the separable portions.

 

Should the three separable potions be awarded to one Tenderer, then the entire works under the contract must be completed on or before 01/12/2017.
