As part of the Communities Plus program, New South Wales Land and Housing Corporation (LAHC) is seeking Expressions of Interest for the redevelopment of 600 Elizabeth St, Redfern NSW for a Build-to-Rent project.
The Site presents an exceptional opportunity to create an integrated community of social, affordable and private rental dwellings.
The project provides an opportunity for the private sector, in partnership with the not-for-profit sector to fund, design, develop and manage buildings under a long term lease.

Accessing the EOI documents
LAHC will be utilising a data room for the management of the documentation for this Expression of Interest.
To be able to access the Data Room (and EOI documents):
1. LAHC requires your organisation to complete the following documents and email to CommunitiesPlusTenders@facs.nsw.gov.au:
- Communities Plus: Confidentiality Deed Poll; and
- Information on individuals requiring access to the data room (file: Requested Authorities Representative List).
2. To access the above documents, scroll down to Participation Instructions and select Download a softcopy-free.
Please note that an eTendering account is required to download these documents.
*If you do not have an account, please create one using the “Register” link at the top of the page and complete all fields with the required information.
3. Download the Confidentiality Deed and Requested Authorities Representative List, complete as required.
4. Email a scanned version of the signed Confidentiality Deed and the Requested Authorities Representative List to CommunitiesPlusTenders@facs.nsw.gov.au
5. Users will be advised of their Data Room login details via an email from noreply@notifications.ansarada.com within the next business day.
