This call for EOI is the first step in a two-stage Tiny Home procurement process. The first stage EOI will only request and consider particular non-monetary aspects of the application. The intention of the EOI process is to establish a shortlist of suitable suppliers that are capable of manufacturing Tiny Home stock to the volumes, quality and specification required to keep up with park developments state-wide. The second stage of the Tiny Home procurement will be a Request for Tender (RFT). The RFT will be provided to the shortlisted candidates based on the results of the EOI evaluation. The aim of the RFT will be to establish a panel of suppliers to detail design, manufacture and supply bespoke Tiny Homes in small to medium quantities.

Applicants must lodge their EOI submission addressing the selection criteria as specified in section 3 of the EOI request Document by the time and date stated on the cover of the Request for EOI Document. Applicants must complete and submit the Returnable Schedules attached (Annexure C). Responses to the EOI request must be made electronically through the NSW Procurepoint website. All documents should be uploaded as one ZIP file when responsing to the EOI.
