Provision Of Ground Maintenance At Venues EXpression of Interest - DECSR-14-51

Sport and Recreation NSW seeks Expressions of Interest for the Provision of Ground Maintenance at these Venues. Services will include specilist professional horticultural, arborcultural, landscaping and turf cultural requirements. This is to ensure fit for purpose facilities and aesthetically pleasing grounds.

The aim of this request for Expressions of Interest (EOI) is to:

a)         Inform the market of the DEC’s intent to pursue the outsourcing of Ground Maintenance Services for the three former Olympic Venues.

b)         Register interest from non-government organisations, that are legal entities, and have the expertise and capability to provide scheduled and reactive ground maintenance services for the three former Olympic Venues.

c)         Shortlist providers whom may then be selectively invited to submit tenders for the provision of the required services and advise of the selection criteria to be used during the shortlisting process.

Expression of Interest For Pre-Qualification - An invitation for Expression of Interest (EOI) for pre-registration of prospective tenderers for a type of work or service. Applicants are initially evaluated against published selection criteria. RFT may then be invited from a panel of providers (as Selective, or Invited).
