Tender Details
The Sydney Olympic Park Aquatic Centre is now 25 years old. The existing Chiller and associated equipment and Building Management System require replacement. In summary, this project is the refurbishment of the central cooling plant and either a new BMS or an extension of the existing BMS to serve the cooling and heating plant.
The project will require continuous operation of the central cooling system during the replacement of the chillers and associated equipment as detailed in the project documentation

A tenderer’s site inspection will be held on Monday 21st January 2019 at 10am meeting outside the main entrance of the Aquatic Centre. Tenderers are required to pre-register for the tenderers meeting by emailing Grant Sutcliffe by no later than COB Friday 18th January 2019 on grant.sutcliffe@sopa.nsw.gov.au
