CARES Facility in Bass Hill - T09-20

Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Not for Profit Incorporated Respondents for the; 

1. Licence of the Cycling and Road Education facility, located at Walshaw Reserve, Trebartha Street, Bass Hill Lot 10 DP 22712; and

2. Provision of cycling and road safety education services from the facility.

3. Additional youth and community services may be offered from the facility if they are compatible with the nature of the site.

Open Tenders - An invitation to tender by public advertisement with no restriction placed on who may tender. Tenderers will normally be required to demonstrate in their tender that they have the necessary skills, resources, experience, financial capacity, and in some cases licences, accreditations, etc., to fulfil the tender requirements.

Note: Complusory Briefing is on the 16^th July 2019 at 10am at the Cycling and Road Education Facility at Walshaw Reserve, Trebartha Street, Bass Hill.

Council will not consider a Tender lodged by a Tenderer who fails to sign the attendance sheet at this briefing, or fails to ensure that a representative of the Tenderer signs the attendance sheet on its behalf.
