Buildings Fire Services and Equipment Maintenance Management - T43-19

Council is seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Respondents to obtain relevant periodic services to inspect, test and maintain fire protection systems and equipment as per the legislative requirements and provide Council the reports and records of the services carried out. 

A full description of the nature and extent of the services required by Council are set out in Section 3 of this Request.  Please also refer to the attached appendixes.

Open Tenders - An invitation to tender by public advertisement with no restriction placed on who may tender. Tenderers will normally be required to demonstrate in their tender that they have the necessary skills, resources, experience, financial capacity, and in some cases licences, accreditations, etc., to fulfil the tender requirements.

A mandatory site briefing will be held 10.00am Wednesday 10 April 2019 at Canterbury-Bankstown Council, Level 1, 66 - 72 Rickard Road, Bankstown 2200.

Council will not consider a Tender lodged by a Tenderer who fails to sign the attendance sheet at this briefing, or fails to ensure that a representative of the Tenderer signs the attendance sheet on its behalf.
