Tender Details
Transport for NSW (TfNSW) invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from Applicants with the necessary experience, capabilities, understanding and commitment to:
1. Submit an EOI to work with TfNSW in an Early Contractor Involvement procurement process for the Digital Systems Program Trackside Package.
2. Ultimately deliver the works that include the design, supply, installation, testing, commissioning and through life support of the signalling and trackside European Train Control System (ETCS) elements of Digital Systems.
TfNSW will hold an EOI Briefing on Thursday 1 November 2018 in Sydney as part of this Invitation for Expression of Interest (IEOI) process.
Successful registrants accepted by TfNSW under the EOI Briefing registration process will not be required to re-register under this separate eTender advertisement.
TfNSW may, in its absolute discretion refuse to register any interested party (or any consortium which includes an interested party) which, in TfNSW's opinion, does not have suitable capacity or capability to deliver all or parts of the Trackside Package or which TfNSW otherwise considers to be unsuitable to submit an EOI for the Digital Systems Program Trackside Package.

An interested party must register by:
- returning completed copy of the Registration Form, executed Confidentiality Deed Poll and completed Data Room Access Request form via email to DigitalSystems.Procurement@transport.nsw.gov.au five business days prior to the EOI lodgement closing time and date at 2:00pm on Friday 30 November 2018. Successful registrants will be provided with access to the IEOI documentation via the relevant Data Room.
