Advertising Services - STA 2017/02A

State Transit is inviting tenders from interested parties for the provision of advertising services on its bus fleet.   

Please note that this tender is for a licence to manage the placement of advertisements on State Transit Fleet of buses.  A Licence fee is payable to State Transit.  

This is not a creative advertising services contract.

Open Tenders - An invitation to tender by public advertisement with no restriction placed on who may tender. Tenderers will normally be required to demonstrate in their tender that they have the necessary skills, resources, experience, financial capacity, and in some cases licences, accreditations, etc., to fulfil the tender requirements.

Access to Invitation to Tender will be provided to organisations that 

(i)    provide a statement confirming the tenderer is a bone fide tenderer; and 

(ii)  complete the attached Confidentiality Deed Poll and return it electronically to dnolan@sta.nsw.gov.au

State Transit reserves the right to refuse to provide a copy of the Invitation to Tender to any person that it considers is not a bona fide Tenderer.

On receipt of the above information State Transit will provide further details of how the Invitation to Tender can be accessed.
