Transport for NSW – Sydney Metro West – Funding, Financial and Property Advisory Services
Transport for NSW seeks to engage a Service Provider to provide funding, financial and property advisory services for the Metro West project.
The Service Provider must have demonstrated experience in:
- Conducting financial appraisal/modelling, funding and financing requirements (both government and private options) for large scale transport infrastructure projects, and
- Undertaking property commercialisation assessment for large scale transport infrastructure projects.
The Services comprise two separable portions:
- Funding and Financial Services, and
- Property Commercialisation Advisory Services.
Transport for NSW may procure both portions of the Services from one Service Provider or the portions may be procured from separate Service Providers.
