Sydney Metro City & Southwest – Crows Nest Station Design & Technical Services
Located on the Pacific Highway between Oxley Street and Hume Street, Crows Nest Station will be a welcoming and inclusive transport hub, boosting accessibility for businesses and residents in the nearby Crows Nest and St Leonards areas.
The Service Provider is to provide multi-disciplinary engineering and architectural design services to complete the detailed design (design stages 2 and 3) for the underground station and podium, and enabling works for the future over station development.
The scope of services does not include rail systems design, high-voltage design and track design, which will be undertaken by the line-wide contractors. However the station design will need to interface with these line-wide packages.
The scope of services includes construction phase services and commissioning phase support.

• Access Request Form (RFT Appendix E); and
• Confidentiality Deed Polls (CDPs) for each person seeking access to the Services Brief and other RFT documents (RFT Appendix F).
Sydney Metro is restricting access to confidential documents to relevant entities that it reasonably considers at its sole discretion are capable of being bona fide tenderers, whether in joint venture or independently. The documents will be provided in an electronic data room. Entities that are not considered to be relevant entities will not be granted access.
