Since 2008 Tours have been accompanied by an integrated audio guiding system to optimise the ability of the tour visitor to hear the guide, listen to film content and minimise noise disruption of Tours entering theatres and foyers. In 2015, the audio system for Tours was replaced with a modern system to enhance the quality of the visitor experience.
The Tours portfolio has seen steady growth over the past few years. The Opera House is now looking for new opportunities to improve its Tours audio system in order to meet the growing customer demand and keep improving the visitor experience.
The Opera House wishes to agree to a commercial contract for the supply of an integrated Audio Guiding Solution for the Sydney Opera House Tours.
