Fire + Rescue NSW is commencing a procurement process to acquire Thermal Imaging Cameras for use by itself and potentially other government agencies at their discretion. The first stage is an open, non-mandatory stage seeking companies to respond to this notice with product information.
Further stages, including release of a tender or other market engagement vehicle, are anticipated to be issued in early 2019 (said stages may go ahead or be postponed or abandoned at FRNSW’s sole discretion).
For this first stage, suppliers are asked to respond with:-
• Lists of types of thermal imaging cameras they are currently able to supply, specifying:-
• Functionality
• Dimensions of the units (physical size, footprint, weight)
• Key features as self-identified by the supplier.
• Response information can be provided in Excel Spreadsheets, MS Word document and / or pdf formats
NOTE: PRICES ARE NOT TO BE PROVIDED - this is a technical information gathering exercise only in this first stage to increase market understanding.
