Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the opportunity to undertake extraction of sand, loam, gravel and hard rock from one or more of six sites near Broken Hill, Far West NSW.
The opportunity exists to undertake extraction of sand, loam, gravel and hard rock from one or more of six sites near Broken Hill within the Unincorporated area of NSW, and win the material extracted.
Crown Lands will manage this operation by way of six individual licences issued under the Crown Lands Act 1989.
The commencement of the extraction operation and issue of a licence to operate the site will be dependent on the successful Proponent gaining all necessary approvals as required.
