Transport for NSW (TfNSW) is seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Contractors to undertake site remediation and reinstatement of the Glenfield Transport Interchange Main Compound.

Electronic lodgement only - no password protection. Tenderers must submit their response as two (2) separate files only. The first is to consist of the completed "Non-Commercial Schedules" and is to exclude any reference to pricing. The second file is to consist of the completed "Commercial Schedules". Multiple separate documents will not be accepted, unless you obtain prior approval from TfNSW. This ensures that Tenders are complete and accurate, and presented in the manner intended by the Tenderer, and also allows for timely distribution of Tenders to the Tender Assessment Committee.

Conditions for Participation

The Tenderer must demonstrate as a minimum:

Minimum Requirement 1 – The Tenderer has successfully completed site remediation contracts and / or landscaping contracts valued in excess of $500,000.

Minimum Requirement 2 – The Tendereras a WHS Management System that meets the requirements of, and the accreditation criteria defined by the NSW Government Work Health & Safety Management System and Auditing Guidelines (5th edition, 2013).

Minimum Requirement 3 –The Tendererhas an Environmental Management System that meets the requirements of the accreditation criteria defined in the NSW Government Environmental Management System Guidelines (2nd Ed, 2009), or equivalent.
