Tender Details

Council (the Principal) is seeking Expressions of Interest from appropriately qualified and experienced respondents for the lease and operation of the Southern Regional Livestock Exchange (SRLX) Canteen. The purpose of the canteen at the Southern Regional Livestock Exchange (also known as Moss Vale Saleyards) is to provide an affordable and nutritious quality food to patrons of the SRLX. These patrons represent agents, buyers, sellers, transport operators, other interested stakeholders and members of the public.

Additional Details / Instructions

Respondents are recommended to attend a site inspection. Respondents can attend and view the SRLX Canteen on sale days at their own discretion.

Attendance of a site visit meeting is not mandatory criteria.
