Transport for NSW seeks proposals for the supply of the Program Director and Program Management Office capabilities for the delivery of the TfNSW Next Generation Infrastructure Services Program (NGIS)

NGIS program comprises of three key technology domains that will each be transformed by three transformational themes.

Each of the following technology domains will be transformed by outsourcing, technology transformation and organisational transformation.

 

1.      Centralised Computing (Data Centres)

2.      End User Computing, Collaboration & Service Desk

3.      Networks

The purpose of the NGIS Program is to deliver a contemporary multi-sourced outsourcing arrangement for support services. The program is structured into 3 service towers which will be supported by a new Service Integrator Capability.

NSW Regions: Far North Coast, Mid North Coast, New England, Central Coast, Hunter, Cumberland/Prospect, Nepean, Northern Sydney, Inner West, South East Sydney, South West Sydney, Central West, Orana/Far West, Riverina/Murray, Illawarra, Southern Highlands
