Conditions for Participation

Tenderers must submit a signed Confidentiality Deed Poll, template of which is attached, via email to MoreTrainsMoreServicesProcurement@transport.nsw.gov.au, to receive the passcode for the Tender Documents and meet the minimum requirements below.

1. Tenderer must have the requisite authorised engineering capabilities as outlined in the Authorised Engineering Organisation services matrix provided (whether via the Tendering entity or a proposed subcontractors or any combination thereof).

2.Tenderer has successfully managed signalling detailed design valued at over $1,000,000 on a multi-disciplinary rail infrastructure project valued at over $50,000,000 in the last 5 years.
