The Business Bus is an initiative of the NSW Government. The Business Bus provides mobile information and advisory services to small businesses across NSW, including at events and field days. The Business Bus may also provide a disaster response service to small businesses that have experienced challenges as a result of disasters. There is a requirement for provision of services for the operation of the Business Bus program in NSW with oversight by the NSW Department of Industry.
The Department of Industry requires the services of an organisation to provide driving, logistic, hosting, and other services, to deliver the Business Bus program throughout NSW as part of the Business Connect program. Business Connect provides a comprehensive support and advisory service to NSW small businesses with organisations contracted to provide services in each of 8 regions across NSW. Business Connect business advisors from the local provider will be on site at each location to deliver advisory and information services.
