REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS - Allocation of New Lease - Tathra Beachside Holiday Park - 19-533

Department of Planning, Industry and Environment – Crown Lands

is responsible for the management of NSW’s Crown Land, covering

42% of the state. The Department is now requesting proposals from

suitably experienced operators to lease, upgrade and manage the

Tathra Beachside Holiday Park for a term of up to 25 years

commencing in early 2020. Situated on the South Coast of New

South Wales, the 3.09 hectare site is a fully-operational, multi-award

winning tourist park with over 500 metres of frontage to Tathra

Beach and currently offers 180 short-term camping, caravan and

cabin sites.
