Tender Details

Transport for NSW is inviting suitably qualified organisations to participate in an Expression of Interest (EOI) to undertake the finance, design, construction, operation and maintenance of a new light rail system for the CBD and south east Sydney and the operation and maintenance of the Inner West Light Rail (Central Station to Dulwich Hill).  The project, subject to value for money, is to be delivered as a Public Private Partnership (PPP).

The Sydney Light Rail PPP Invitation for EOI (Invitation) will be issued to registered organisations. To register, organisations are required to complete a Registration Form, a Confidentiality Deed Poll and a Confidentiality Undertaking.

The Invitation will be released on 21 October 2013 and an industry briefing will occur on 22 October 2013. Further details will be provided to registered organisations.

Individual organisations or consortia that could have a legitimate role in the delivery of the project are invited to pre register.

Expression of Interest For Pre-Qualification - An invitation for Expression of Interest (EOI) for pre-registration of prospective tenderers for a type of work or service. Applicants are initially evaluated against published selection criteria. RFT may then be invited from a panel of providers (as Selective, or Invited).

Additional Details / Instructions

To receive EOI documents, organisations must register by completing a Registration Form, a Confidentiality Deed Poll and a Confidentiality Undertaking and submit (via email) all the documents to the Contact Officer.

Upon receipt of completed documents TfNSW may, at its sole discretion, accept the pre-registration.
