Wingecarribee Shire Council has resolved to seek tenders for the Vertical Composting Unit (VCU) within the Wingecarribee Shire Council's (Council) Resource Recovery Centre (RRC).
- Operating the VCU as a lessee utilising RRC staff.
- Operating the VCU as a lessee, utilising green waste received at the RRC and introducing food waste as feed stock.
- Purchase and relocate VCU from RRC grounds, meeting required WSC finance requirements and NSW EPA licencing requirements.
