Panel Selection
Select a panel of Consultants based on lowest price and ability to meet the mandatory RFT requirements
Scope Allocation
Initially the scope will be allocated to the Consultant which provides the best value for money service. If the Consultant performs poorly, the scope will be allocated to the Consultant which provides the next best value for money service and so on until the scope is allocated along the panel. If it is determined that none of the selected Consultants can meet the RFT requirements, an alternative procurement strategy will be investigated.
Performance Management
Performance will be assessed on review of the recieved deliverables or due date, which ever occurs first. If the Consultant is deemed unsatisfactory, a simplified Consultant Performance Report will be completed, and the scope will be allocated to the Consultant which provides the next best value for money service. If a consultant is demonstrated not to provide the best value for money to the Principal they may be removed from the panel.
Capacity of Service Provider
If the volume of scope expands beyond the capacity of the Consultant which provides the best value for money service, the Consultant which provides the next best value for money service will be allocated some of the scope and so on.
