Maritime Camera Enforcement System and Services for Botany Bay and its tributaries and Port Hacking and its tributaries.
To install and operate Camera Enforcement System (at five locations within Gazetted areas) and Services that supports and encourages safe, compliant,and responsible boating in NSW by reliably detecting non-compliant behavior and facilitating prosecution action in accordance with the relevant laws.
The service provider must provide to RMS services that relate to the design, supply, installation,commissioning, certification, training, maintenance,system monitoring, reporting and performance, both of the Detection and Enforcement System and the Services.
