Implementation of river bank works in Emigrant Creek Catchment to mitigate the effects of diffuse pollutants - 18-0634

NCLLS requires the services of experienced ecological restoration enterprises to undertake environmental repair works totaling 10km linear length of riparian zone in year 1 (financial year ending 6/2019) and 23km linear length of riparian zone in year 2 (financial year ending 6/2020) comprised of the following Scope of Works:

• Work with NCLLS in site selection for project implementation and initial landholder engagement

• Develop draft Site Action Plan(s) with landholder/managers for latter inclusion (in part) in each Landholder Management Agreement work plans (Agreements will be 5 years in total)

• Integrate any existing site NRM plan information and update to include requirements profiled here as required

• Finalise Site Actions Plans with NCLLS

• Work with NCLLS to undertake the negotiation of Landholder Management Agreements and their workplans (in part, largely based on Site Action Plan)

• Implement assisted regeneration sites/subsites

• Order and purchase appropriate planting stock

• Implement reconstruction/rehabilitation works including site/subsite preparation

• Maintenance of works

• Monitoring and reporting per NCLLS Funding Deeds
