icare may provide funding for modifications to the home of a participant of the lifetime care, workers care or dust diseases care schemes to ensure accessibility, safety and mobility within the home. Home modifications are made by reference to individual needs in the home environment. icare is committed to providing highest quality building modification services to participants across NSW.  

icare is seeking to appoint a panel of Project Managers experienced in completing major home modifications. icare lifetime care appointed a panel of Building Modification Project Manager in November 2011. The Project Managers were appointed to assess and make recommendations about major home modifications, and to develop scope of works and cost estimates in line with Building Modification Occupational Therapist clinical recommendations. Project Managers were also responsible to manage approved modifications to participant homes from start-up through to completion.
