Tender Details
Expressions of Interest (EOI) are invited from cabin suppliers wishing to be pre-registered to tender for the proposed contract for the Holiday Cabins Project to be rolled out at Reflections Holiday Parks within NSW.
The intention of the EOI and tender process is to establish a panel of suitable cabin suppliers that can meet the requirements of the Holiday Cabins Project as outlined in the scope of work and expectations below:
The scope of work under the proposed contract includes but is not limited to;
- Off-site manufacture, transportation and installation of cabin products
- Supply and marketing of an onsite display cabin
- Marketing and sales of cabins directly with the client
Cabin suppliers are expected to work with Reflections to;
- Offer a suitable range of cabin product offerings, for installation into a landscaped Holiday Cabin Precinct, consistent with the improved aesthetics of the redeveloped Park
- Develop and implement commission arrangements based on sales volumes and revenue
- Assisting clients into finance and insurance arrangements
- Manage the operational and logistical aspects resulting from Cabin Sales.

Expression of Interest For Pre-Qualification - An invitation for Expression of Interest (EOI) for pre-registration of prospective tenderers for a type of work or service. Applicants are initially evaluated against published selection criteria. RFT may then be invited from a panel of providers (as Selective, or Invited).
