Site Analysis, Technical Specification, Detailed Design and Costing of Synthetic Sport Surfaces - T40-20

Please note that the successful consultant for this brief is excluded from submitting or subcontracting for the construction phase. Also the successful consultant is excluded from advising any other 3rd party which may submit for the construction phase of the works.

 

Council is seeking Tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Contractors for Site analysis, technical specification, detailed design and costing of synthetic sport surfaces for the following:

 

• Separable Portion 1 – Peter Moore Field

 

• Separable Portion 2 – Rudd Park

 

• Separable Portion 3 – Stuart Street Reserve (site analysis)

 

• Separable Portion 4 – Stuart Street Reserve (Tender Package)

 

The synthetic sport surfaces will help ease pressure on sporting needs in the city with consideration of current and future needs of the community, other adopted strategies and Council’s financial capacity and sustainability.

 

Council may award part or whole of the contract to a single Tenderer or to a panel of Tenderers.

Open Tenders - An invitation to tender by public advertisement with no restriction placed on who may tender. Tenderers will normally be required to demonstrate in their tender that they have the necessary skills, resources, experience, financial capacity, and in some cases licences, accreditations, etc., to fulfil the tender requirements.
