Tender Details

The purpose of this RFP is to procure a Concierge and Workplace Services provider to support the broader objective of the Activity Based Working (ABW) environments in creating a welcoming and enjoyable space for staff of, and visitors to TfNSW to engage with.

As the face of the each building, positive customer experience, pro-active assistance and the creation of warmth and familiarity is paramount to the delivery of Concierge Services. TfNSW expects the Proponent’s Concierge Services staff to be the first point of contact for any staff or visitor queries and therefore will need to have an understanding of all the appropriate processes in order to pro-actively and helpfully respond to staff and visitors.

The Concierge Services are also expected to support TSS by escorting visiting contractors where required and or directed. Throughout the Contract Term, the Proponent is expected to develop a pool of staff that are knowledgeable in the unique requirements and customs of each location in order to consistently deliver to customer expectations across all sites.

To enable this, TfNSW expects a Proponent to develop their staff such that each site has more than one resource familiar with its unique requirements as opposed to only the one individual.

It is critical for the solution to be agile and responsive to the ever changing requirements of managing Concierge and Workplace services requirements. Therefore, Services have been clearly defined into Core Services, Optional Services and Ad-hoc Services, as outlined in this RFP
