Tender Details

This Request for Tender (“RFT”) is made by the NSW Office of Sport (“the Office”) for a Proponent for an Operators Agreement (the “Agreement”) at the Sydney International Regatta Centre (“SIRC”) Function and Kiosk Facility as defined in the Statement of Requirements of this RFT.

The Office is responsible for the delivery of the competitive tender process, through the Office of Sport, Asset Management and Procurement unit. Any Agreement that may be formed from this RFT may be executed by the Office on behalf of the State of New South Wales.

The key outcome of this RFT is to achieve a sustainable Operators Agreement for Function and Kiosk Facility (the “Facility” and “Facility Area”) at the SIRC which meets the requirements of the Office of Sport.
