Tender Details

 

Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced Tenderers for the design supply, installation, testing and commissioning of new CCTV system at Paul Keating Park to comply with relevant standards and satisfy current industry. This includes the provision of all necessary labour, plants and materials to undertake the works at Paul Keating Park and upgrade of the monitoring system at Council’s Security and Building Manager’s Offices located at level P1-Civic Tower.

 

The proposed CCTV system includes the design, supply, installation and commissioning of four (4) Pan Tilt and Zoom cameras (PTZ) and four (4) fixed cameras as well as a new system to monitor and store all footages and review them as required.

 

Work must conform to good industry practice and to the relevant standards currently used in Australia, and in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations and installation instructions.

A full description of the nature and extent of the services required by Council are set out in Section 3 of this Request.

Open Tenders - An invitation to tender by public advertisement with no restriction placed on who may tender. Tenderers will normally be required to demonstrate in their tender that they have the necessary skills, resources, experience, financial capacity, and in some cases licences, accreditations, etc., to fulfil the tender requirements.

Council will not consider a Tender lodged by a Tenderer who fails to sign the attendance sheet at this briefing, or fails to ensure that a representative of the Tenderer signs the attendance sheet on its behalf.

 

In the event that Council deems, at its sole discretion, that an insufficient number of potential Tenderers have attended the site meeting to result in a competitive tender, Council reserves the right to open the tender process to any Tenderer and waive the compulsory briefing requirement.
