NSW Department of Communities and Justice / Family and Community Services Expression of Interest for Procurement of Managed Training Services - FACS.17.103

NSW Family and Community Services seeks to procure Managed Training Services to provide efficient and effective training management activities. The successful service provider must:

• Exercise vendor neutrality; and

• Operate and manage all training services from within Australia.

  Service location is at the site of the provider.

  The service provider will be expected to have the capacity to deliver the following training management activities for concurrent projects, for thousands of staff:

  • Create and/or manage training and elearning vendor panels;
  • Own and administer an event management system that manages a calendar of events, enrolments and reports;
  • Promote courses to NGO partners;
  • Conduct training needs analysis;
  • Design, develop or procure courses;
  • Manage vendors, including contracts of engagement and payment;
  • Manage venues, including hiring and catering;
  • Prepare and/or print course material;
  • Manage budget, including cost savings incentives;
  • Support staff member enrolment and enquiries;
  • Collate and report upon staff member evaluations;
  • Manage and preserve staff records;
  • Monitor and enrol skills renewals;
  • Report and analyse budget, enrolments, completions and evaluations;
  • Upload training evidence;
  • Administer KPIs and continuous improvement cycles; and

  Administer training within the FACS cloud-based LMS
