Tender Details

Reflections Holiday Parks are seeking a Principal Contractor to construct a Universal Column/Concrete sleeper retaining wall and associated works to create two new sites at Shaws Bay, Ballina NSW. The works are inclusive but not limited to Civil and Construction works, Landscape works, Earthworks and Minor Service relocation works.

Specific tasks are inclusive of but are not limited to:

Retaining wall construction,
Design and construct of retaining wall handrail,
Design and conduct earthworks to achieve two new sites,
Relocation of minor services,
Installation of Caravan wheel stops and Bollards,
Dismantle and relocate existing barbeque and shelter.

The Principal Contractors responsibilities are inclusive of but are not limited to:

Act as principal contractor and manage all required subcontractors
Procure and supply all materials required,
Undertake all WHS, Quality and Procurement requirements.

The works are to be under a Crown Lands approved Plan of Management (PoM) whereby a Review of Environmental Factors (REF) is being conducted actioning approval gateway for construction.
