Tender Details

The NSW Resources Regulator (the Regulator) has identified the need for mine workers to continually be refreshed on the lessons of past mining disasters so they are competent to support mine operators to prevent reoccurrences. The Regulator has undertaken to provide a training course on mining disasters to satisfy one maintenance of competence certificate condition.

Mandatory Criteria

Demonstrate experience and capability to:

a) Apply knowledge of NSW WHS laws for mining and mining disasters to developing the training package for learning

b) Develop a customised training package for learning from mining disasters that coherently integrates with the WHSMP regulation of the NSW mining industry

c) Design and write the training package with appropriate structure and content that reflects Australian and mining best practice for training so it can effectively and efficiently delivered by users

NOTE:Only the tenderers meeting the mandatory criteria specified as above will be considered for further evaluation. Any responses not meeting the mandatory criteria will be rejected.
