NSW Department of Communities and Justice / Expression of Interest: Communities Plus Program Release 3 – Neighbourhood Contract Sites - LaHCR 2017/28

The New South Wales Land and Housing Corporation (LAHC) on behalf of the NSW Government is pleased to invite Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably qualified entities to participate in the exciting opportunity to renew selected sites.

LAHC will be utilising a data room for the management of the documentation for this Expression of Interest.  To be able to access the information in the data room LAHC requires your organisation to complete the following: 

1. a Confidentiality Agreement (file:  Communities Plus: Neighbourhood EOI Confidentiality deed poll attached); and
2. information on individuals requiring access to the data room (file: Requested Authorities Representative List attached).

Please note that proponents are only required to complete one Confidentiality Agreement and Requested Authorities Representative List for both LaHCR 2017/28 and LaHCR 2017/29 (the PDA and Contract sites).
