Open Tenders - An invitation to tender by public advertisement with no restriction placed on who may tender. Tenderers will normally be required to demonstrate in their tender that they have the necessary skills, resources, experience, financial capacity, and in some cases licences, accreditations, etc., to fulfil the tender requirements.

Electronic lodgement only via the NSW eTendering Website. Questions MUST be submitted in writing to the email address supplied. Tenderers must submit their response as two (2) files for Commercial and Non-Commercial Schedules. Multiple separate documents will not be accepted, unless prior written approval is obtained from TfNSW.

 

Minimum Requirements

 Minimum Requirement 1

• Minimum 10 years demonstrated project management delivery experience in brown field rail environment, in particular signalling and/or control system role

Minimum Requirement 2

• Demonstrated Experience with project management of delivery for a trackside communications based automatic train protection control system, ideally European Train Control Systems (ETCS) or a Communication Based Train Control system (CBTC).
