Tender Details

This Request for Tender is seeking tenders from not-for-profit organisations for the provision of accommodation and support services, under the Transitional Support Stream of the Funded Partnership Initiative (FPI). Offenders receiving the TSA and ERS service have been assessed as having a medium-high to high risk of reoffending and are under supervision of Community Corrections.

The TSA service locations being tendered for are; Metropolitan Sydney, Northern NSW, South Coast and Hunter Region. The ERS service locations being tendered for are Bankstown, Fairfield and Liverpool.

In addition to accommodation, the TSA Service Provider will be working with Community Corrections officers to deliver the offender’s CSNSW case plan for up to 12 weeks providing AOD, Mental Health, access to suitable accommodation and other skills assistance.

In addition to accommodation, The ERS Service Provider will be working in a multi-agency environment with Community Corrections, FACS and Department of Health Mental Health Services to deliver support for 12 weeks pre-release and up to 9 month post-release for offenders with significant complex needs / dual diagnoses.

Open Tenders - An invitation to tender by public advertisement with no restriction placed on who may tender. Tenderers will normally be required to demonstrate in their tender that they have the necessary skills, resources, experience, financial capacity, and in some cases licences, accreditations, etc., to fulfil the tender requirements.

Additional Details / Instructions

• The RFT will close on 4 September 2018 and tenders must be valid for 220 days.

• Preferred tenderers will be invited to contract negotiations in February 2019 and it is envisaged that contracts will be awarded in early April 2019.

• A non-compulsory NGO Presentation will be held on 17 August 2018. NGO attendance is highly recommended.
